Joint Technology Initiatives (JTI) aim to achieve strategic focus by supporting common ambitious reserach agendas through mid-term technology R&D in areas that are crucial for competitiveness and growth, assembling and coordinating at European level a critical mass of research. The focus of the ENIAC JTI will be industrial R&D in the 'More Moore' and More than Moore' domains, executed with a clear application focus. The ENIAC JTI will also cover design, equipment and material R&D activities. Detailed objectives of the Call are set out in the Annual Work Programme 2008.
